一、主要性能說明(The main performance specification)
立式預(yù)燒脫蠟爐是硬質(zhì)合金異型產(chǎn)品加工過程燒結(jié)前預(yù)燒脫蠟脫膠專用設(shè)備。保溫加熱系統(tǒng)采用日本連體技術(shù)及新型混合纖維保溫材料,可耐溫1700℃,使保溫效果更好；溫控系統(tǒng)采用SCR,配置20段程序溫控儀表,控溫*,可自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)0-100%輸出,更節(jié)能省電.冷卻系統(tǒng)采用大功率冷卻風(fēng)機(jī),風(fēng)量大且集中,冷卻速度快,效率高。
Vertical calcining dewaxing furnaceis hardalloyprocessing special-shapedproducts beforesinteringburn-in dewaxing degumming andspecial equipment.Heating system using Japanese conjoined technologyand newhybrid fiber insulation materials, hightemperature of 1700 ℃, the insulation effect is better;temperature control system using SCR, 20 sections ofprogram temperature control instrument, the temperature control is accurate, can automatically adjust the output of the 0-100%, more energy saving. The cooling system adopts the high-power cooling fan, air volume andconcentration, fast cooling speed, high efficiency.
