我公司采用獨(dú)特的機(jī)械冷加工方法在常溫下生產(chǎn)高品質(zhì)的鋁粉、鋁粒和純鋁屑，生產(chǎn)鋁粉和鋁粒的原材料是含鋁量AL>99.7%的鋁錠。采用此方法生產(chǎn)的鋁粉和鋁粒與用傳統(tǒng)高溫噴吹法生產(chǎn)的鋁粉和鋁粒相比具有更高的活性鋁,與用廢鋁生產(chǎn)的低品位鋁粉和鋁粒相比我公司的產(chǎn)品有較高的性能價(jià)格比，是替代用廢鋁生產(chǎn)的低品位鋁粉和鋁粒的優(yōu)選產(chǎn)品。在生產(chǎn)包芯線、煉鋼脫氧劑、金屬鈣、金屬鉻、金屬鍶、鈮鐵、鉬鐵、鈦鐵和釩鐵等中使我公司生產(chǎn)的鋁粉和鋁粒，可提高回收率，降低產(chǎn)品雜質(zhì)，提高產(chǎn)品品位，從而獲得更好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。我公司的生產(chǎn)鋁粉和鋁粒已被國(guó)內(nèi)多家企業(yè)長(zhǎng)期使用，并已出口到日本和韓國(guó)。目前、我公司生產(chǎn)鋁粉和鋁粒的能力為4600噸/年。
我公司位于湖北省丹江口市。丹江口市距湖北省的襄樊市和十堰市均為90公里，并通過(guò)高速公路、襄渝鐵路、漢丹鐵路與這兩座城市緊密相連，貨物通過(guò)公路或鐵路運(yùn)輸都十分方便和快捷。丹江口市是一座依山傍水，風(fēng)景秀麗的旅游城市，是著名的道教圣地武當(dāng)山的所在地，也是南水北調(diào)中線的水源地。

Our company is specialized in producing high quality aluminum powder, aluminum granule and pure aluminum scraps through unique cold mechanical processing. All of these products are made of aluminum ingot with the purity of more than 99.7%. The aluminum activity of our products is much higher than that of the aluminum powder and granule produced through the traditional high-temperature blowing process. Additionally, they are much more cost-effective than those made of waste aluminum and have been proven to be the optimum alternative to poor quality aluminum powder and granule. The application of our products in the processing of core-wrapped electric wire, deoxidizer for steel-making, Calcium, Chromium, Strontium, Ferroniobium, Ferromolybdenum, Ferrotitanium and Ferrovanadium will significantly improve the recovery rate, reduce the impurity of the products and enhance the product quality, which sequentially brings more economic benefit to your company. Up to now, our aluminum powder and granule have been widely used by many domestic companies and even exported to Japan and South Korea. Currently our company has the processing capacity of 4600t per year.

Our company is located in Danjiangkou City, Hubei Province, China, which is 90km far away from Shiyan and Xiangfan city, Hubei. Danjiangkou is connected with both cities by highway, Xiangyu Railway and Handan Railway, which makes the product transportation very convenient and highly efficient. Danjiangkou is a famous tourist city with beautiful scenic view, which is not only the holy land of Daoism (Wudang Mountain) but also one of the water sources for the South-to-North Water Diversion Project.
